This professional in-home consultation will take about 2-3 hours and includes a detailed room-by-room assessment and a completed Staging Report customized just for you. This is not a generic checklist of things to do. Staging strategies such as furniture reconfigurations, paint suggestions, and other curb appeal ideas will be discussed. CONSULTATION
Every consultation starts with a pre-appointment phone interview to prepare for the in-home consultation.
The in-home consultation takes 2-3 hours and will provide you with a detailed room-by-room assessment using my 8 step staging process. This will include staging strategies and expert tips for preparing your home for sale using what you have to transform every space.
STAGING REPORT
A customized staging report of the consultation will be prepared and emailed to you within 48 hours.
My staging report includes how to highlight your home's positive features, minimize liabilities, rearrange your furnishings, consider color choices, and create a sense of space and environment that buyers will fall in love with!
POST-CONSULTATION
Send me some pictures of your work-in-progress and finished projects, and I'll tell you what I think! My goal is to help you complete your staging, get your home on the market and sell it for top dollar!
If you need additional help with your property, a $100 discount will be applied to any staging services.
