The minimal cost of staging is always less than the first price reduction on your home.
This service includes a 4-5 hour Staging Day plus an additional Home Preparation Plan individualized for your home. I specialize in using the home owner's furniture and decor to expertly arrange and style the property for the most ideal presentation.

HOME PREPARATION
A pre-appointment phone interview and review of your property photos will help to get us started and to understand your project better. If you have had a prior Staging Consultation, we can skip this part and you will receive a $100 discount on the staging service.
A Home Preparation Plan will be sent to you outlining the Staging Day and what we want to accomplish for your property. For maximum benefits, this plan will include general cleaning and prepping recommendations to be completed. We will also predetermine the main living areas to stage and style.
STAGING DAY
The Staging Day will take approximately 4 hours of hands-on staging and styling to make your home market ready and provide emotional connection points. After a whole home walk-through, we will focus on the main living areas predetermined in the Home Preparation Report. If time permits, we can tackle other areas and review organization strategies.

STAGING SERVICES
With the Staging Service, you will receive additional materials to give your property a competitive edge in your neighborhood.
Great photos will put your home on a "must-see" list and will increase traffic to your open house and showing schedules. We will discuss tips on how to show your home the best in real estate photography to maximize your home's features and minimize any concerns.
Options are also available for rental furniture and decor - pricing upon request.
